Last fall, <a href="http://www.youtube.com">YouTube</a> surpassed Yahoo! as the world&#8217;s second most-used search engine (Google is number one).  It makes sense, therefore, for the university, its programs, and departments to have well-maintained channels on YouTube, especially since people are already posting videos about UC Davis on the video sharing site, and since you&#8217;ll likely want users to see &#8220;official&#8221; content near the top of the search rankings.</p>
